The European Observatory is looking for an individual to carry out technical review and coordination to deliver a series of country profiles.
The task includes:
- Extensive review to a set of 28 draft profiles,
- Close and iterative collaboration with OECD and Observatory staff communicating changes, correction and shift in emphasis,
- Close collaboration with HSPM reviewers,
- Extensive contact with DG SANTE,
- Development of revised author guidelines for the final stages of the project.

All bidders are expected to submit a CV demonstrating the following minimum requirements:
- A minimum of 15 years international experience with health systems and policy.
- A high level understanding of health policy and health systems comparison at national and European level.
- Experience of systematic country monitoring.
- Experience of evidence synthesis and excellent editing and writing skills.
- Experience with knowledge brokering and communication.
Familiarity with the Observatory's country monitoring programme is desirable, but not essential.
